What Is Prana Healing?

Prana healing is a body-based healing approach that works with the subtle energy systems of the body along with the nervous system. When we experience intense stress, emotional suppression, or anxiety over long periods of time, the body stays in a constant state of alert. This chronic stress does not remain only in the mind—it gets stored in the body as tension, inflammation, and energetic blockages.

Over time, unresolved stress can disrupt hormonal balance, weaken immunity, and contribute to chronic conditions such as autoimmune disorders, digestive issues, fatigue, anxiety, and pain.
