Image and Media Usage Consent:
By registering and attending this event, I give my irrevocable, perpetual, and unrestricted consent to THE SPIRITUAL SAGE (TSS), its affiliates, agents, and representatives to photograph me and record my voice or image through video, audio, or photography during the training.
They may be published or distributed in any format or media, including social media, websites, printed materials, educational content, and marketing campaigns.
My image or voice may be used for the promotion, advertisement, education, or documentation of current or future The Spiritual Sage events, services, or products.
I acknowledge that this consent is binding, and no additional permission is required.
Physical Contact During the Event
I am aware that this session involves physical interaction with instructors and other participants. I understand and accept that such contact is an integral part of the practice and will be professional and respectful.
I commit to:
Immediately informing the instructors if I feel uncomfortable or if boundaries are crossed.
Not misinterpreting any type of physical contact.
Respecting others’ boundaries and personal space always.
Health Condition and Contraindications
I declare that I am in good physical and mental health to safely participate in the training. I confirm that:
I have no medical or psychological conditions that would prevent safe participation.
I have informed of any relevant health conditions.
I accept full responsibility for my well-being during the training.
Commitment to Safety
I commit to following all safety guidelines, instructions, and protocols provided by the instructor(s). I agree to:
Immediately report any injuries, illness, or discomfort during the event.
Act responsibly to ensure the safety of myself and others.
Respect and Code of Conduct
I agree to maintain a respectful, inclusive, and professional attitude throughout the event. This includes:
Respecting the dignity, privacy, and beliefs of all participants and staff.
Refraining from discriminatory, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior.
Complying with venue rules and instructions from organizers and instructors.
Confidentiality and Privacy
I understand that personal experiences or health-related information may be shared during the training. I commit to:
Treating all shared information as strictly confidential.
Not recording, disclosing, or publishing others’ personal data without written consent.
Personal Responsibility and Liability Waiver
I acknowledge and accept full responsibility for my participation. By attending this session/event, I voluntarily:
Assume all risks associated with participation.
Release TSS, its instructors, team, and affiliated partners from any liability for injury, damage, loss, or claims arising from my participation.

By registering and attending any TSS session, I confirm that I have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
